Our solution, GRADIENT is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and reliably. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved tens of thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started!
As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative Customer Success Manager to help expand GRADIENT’s reach and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life.
🚀 Your impact zone
You’ll be a key partner to our customers, helping them unlock measurable value through data center optimization. By translating insights into action, you’ll ensure our customers achieve meaningful energy and cost savings. Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Customer teams, you’ll support adoption, nurture relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in both customer experience and our platform offering.
Key responsibilities:

Partner with customers to track and validate the implementation of optimization strategies

Lead regular performance reviews and collaborative check-ins with customer teams

Provide onboarding and training support, enabling users to get the most out of GRADIENT

Proactively identify opportunities for adoption, retention, and expansion

Share customer feedback internally to help guide product improvements and marketing initiatives

Contribute to the development of success playbooks, ROI case studies, and best practices
Job requirements
🔋 What powers you

3+ years of experience in customer success, operations, or account management, ideally in a (industrial) B2B SaaS setting with ML- or Analytics-based products
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and optimization insights
Ability and innate curiosity to uncover the hidden customer needs and improvement potential
Clear, empathetic communicator with the ability to build relationships across roles and functions
Comfortable facilitating meetings, presenting insights, and navigating cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with data centers, energy optimization, or ML software is helpful, but a growth mindset and curiosity are just as important
