This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of Coolgradient on the collection, processing, use and disclosure of your personal data when you use the services of Coolgradient and tells you about your privacy rights and how the general data protection regulation (“GDPR”) protects you.

Interpretation

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain and use your Personal Data as long as you have a contract with the Company. After the termination of your contract with the Company, We will erase your Personal Data ultimately one year after you have used our Service for the last time, unless it is necessary to retain your Personal Data for a longer period to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Also please note that it is not a statutory or contractual obligation to provide your Personal Data or a condition to enter into an agreement with You. However, if you choose to not provide the Company with your Personal Data and/or provide incomplete Personal Data, please be aware that We may not be able to engage in or continue a contractual relationship with You if your Personal Data is required for providing our Service.

The security of your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
